1. Licenced and Permited under The Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019. The Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019 (the “Act”) came into effect on 1 December 2020.
2. The Promotion is open to persons who are aged 18 years or over and resident in Ireland and the UK, except employees and their families of Lego Mental Heads and LMHComps and any subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with these promotions.
3. Prizes consist of Lego sets and other collectable toys and models. It is the companies right to include other prizes in competitions or lotteries.
4. To enter the competition entrants must be over 18 years of age. To help ensure this a date of birth is required at entry level, should this be false, and the company establish this fact then the ticket becomes null and void and void and monies owed to individual for purchase of ticket will be paid back.
5. Minors are barred from entering Lego Mental Heads competitions and or Raffles and Lotteries.
6. All correct entries will be entered into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be contacted at the close of the draw and draw will be finished completely upon delivery or presentation of the prize or prizes.
7. Draws will be carried out on a live feed on 'face book' and or other media outlets in order to maintain transparency.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. Should any prize element be unavailable, LMHComps and Lego Mental Heads reserves the right to substitute with an element of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, if the entry is in-valid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
12. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
13. All internet connection charges shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
14. The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize to be awarded.

17. The draw will be carried out via streaming online to ensuretransparency and for fairness.
18. Tickets purchased are emailed automatically with ticket number, matching name and address of purchaser.
19. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
20. There is no prohibition on the promotion of the lottery online (e.g. sale of tickets, advertising), subject to adherence to the conditions for the promotion of a lottery.
21. The interests of all Participants are protected.
22. No Competition shall encourage problem or excessive play.
23. Participants are encouraged to play within their means.
24. In accordance with Section 42(6) of the Lottery and Gaming Act, Tickets are not sold or offered for sale to or validated for persons under the age of 18.
